I am happy to confirm that your company was extremely helpful when I needed to replace under-unit lighting for my kitchen units.  The units were over five years old and the exact model of the strip lights was not clear.  I tried the original supplier of the units and several dedicated lighting stores without any success.  
 
When I contacted your company, the person I spoke with was able to identify the replacement lights I needed from the limited information I was able to provide.  The replacement lights were reasonably priced and despatched  to me within a few days.

I recently purchased several stylish strip lights which were considerably cheaper than I could find anywhere else online. These arrived promptly and well packaged.
Unfortunately the lamps to suit were shipped separately and arrived damaged (presumably by the courier). However, every effort was made to replace the items without delay, although the urgent need for the lamps resulted in an immediate, no quibble refund.
Correspondence was always direct, easy, swift, informative and polite.

All I can say is that the transformers were in good order, at a good price and dispatched promptly.

I might need to replace them with transformers suitable for LED, but that's no reflection on your product, but simply that I have bought LED lamps to replace the halogen ones.
