For the majority of England, Scotland and Wales carriage costs £7.50. Orders are charged at £4.50 if delivered on our direct transport. Orders for heavy, long or fragile goods, which are charged differently, see below. Where possible this is based on next working day delivery if the order is received before 12 noon (GMT). Orders despatched on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Where there is a bank holiday the order will be delivered on the next working day instead. Please note that delivery next working day is only possible if the goods are in stock. If no carriage charge is selcted MH Electrcial will apply the Charge as necessary - as detailed above.

MH Electrical Distributors Limited generally do not deliver to the above.

 

It should be noted that whilst orders placed from countries outside of the European Union will be accepted, we will only dispatch the order once the funds have cleared in our bank account. We do not accept credit card, or online payment from these countries.

 

 

These products are over the maximum weight for standard carriage charges therefore carriage will be quoted before the order is processed. They are sent by pallet on a 48 hour working day delivery service. Access for a lorry is required and because the delivery is made by an external carrier they will only deliver the pallet, it is your responsibility to unload it and take the goods inside.

 

These products are over the 2.6m maximum length allowable for standard carriage therefore carriage will be quoted separately before processing the order.

 

These products are fragile and are liable to be damaged in transit. Unfortunately we cannot despatch these goods by carrier. The following rules apply:

 

We can deliver by van from our branch in Runcorn Cheshire – generally covering a 20 mile radius.

 

We can deliver direct from the manufacturer, the order for lamps would need to be a minimum of £150.00 for this facility.

 

Collection is welcome during business hours, generally Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

 

 

 

We have an arrangement with some manufacturers where the goods are despatched by the manufacturer direct to you and include carriage charges for mainland England and Scotland. Orders outside of these areas (including the Scottish islands, IOM, Scilly Isles, Ireland and the Channel Islands) are subject to extra charges and are quoted separately; please accept our apologies if this is not shown clearly identified at the checkout.
